Refund policy

We allow returns of unopened products for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Shipping policy

We offer USPS and FedEx for all shipments within the United States.  DHL is an additional option for international shipments.

Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday, and most orders are shipped within one business day. We do not ship on major Holidays, and some US holidays are at times observed as well.

Our warehouse generally ships orders the next business day, and then please use the estimates provided next to the shipping method to determine the approximate length of time for delivery of your order.

** Please keep in mind that the times listed are estimates and do not guarantee an actual delivery date. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by issues with the carrier.

Return policy and process

Please contact us at info@resolvx.health and we will issue full refunds for any unopened products, and will resolve any issues you have.

Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund.  Orders that have already shipped must be returned to us for a full refund.
